NYFW RECAP - PART DEUX

So many shows, so many pieces to choose from. When I think back to how many looks I have seen over the past ten days, I feel overwhelmed. Three thousand? Five thousand maybe? It has become a blur.

Weariness aside, New York really is a mecca for so many tiers of fashion, rather than just the uber luxury of Paris or the hipster edginess of London. We offer talent spanning from the ever-elegant Oscar and Herrera to young innovators like Proenza and Wang. We have Contemporary labels, such as Nanette and Tory, all the way down to mass market J. Crew. There is no way I could choose any one favorite trend or designer but I have chosen a few of my favorite looks from the second half of the shows that exemply the spectrum of everything NYFW had to offer.
